I have had a whine from the trans (A568) with the clutch released since the car was new. Depressing the clutch pedal makes the noise stop.. Turbo dodge forum

In all my previous turbo vehicles, boost is limited only by the wastegate spring. When manifold pressure surpasses the static force of the spring it is forced open and out goes the exhaust pressure. A 60 trim T04E or B with a turbine near 1.0 AR is fine. The hybrid uses a T3 turbine, too small for a V8. Most Holsets are also smaller T3 housings, for a Diesel that also works on a little 4 ... If the regulator is the cause your options are to replace the PM or install an external regulator. I eliminate the PCV on our Engines as a detonation safety measure .
